About The Brewery
Morikawa Shuzo (盛川酒造)
盛川酒造は1887年、広島県で創業。主要銘柄「白鴻」は、控えめでありながらキレの良い飲み口で「日常酒」として親しまれる。野呂川水系の超軟水を使用し、広島伝統の「軟水醸造法」を継承。杜氏・盛川元治が「柔らかさの中に力強さ」を追求し、米の旨味を引き出した芳醇な香りの酒を醸造。
