千代むすび酒造は鳥取県倉吉市で1918年創業。幻の酒米「強力ごうりき」の復活に中心的役割を果たし、地元農家と「強力ごうりきを育む会」を結成。伝統の山廃仕込みで、この稀少米の個性を活かした深みのある日本酒を醸造。鳥取の酒造文化を守り革新する蔵元です。
