Hirataka Sake Brewery (平孝酒造)

平孝酒造は1861年（文久元年）に宮城県石巻市で創業。北上川の河口に位置する港町の恵みを活かし、全国新酒鑑評会で金賞18回受賞の代表銘柄「日髙見」を醸造。太陽の恵みを象徴するこの酒は、米の旨味と洗練されたバランスが特徴。宮城の歴史と海の豊かさを表現する蔵元です。
