Miura Syuzo Co., Ltd. (三浦酒造)
三浦酒造は青森県で創業。地元特産の酒米「豊盃米」を中心に、「華吹雪」「華想い」など蔵元周辺農家が栽培した原料を80%使用。岩木山の伏流水を醸造水とし、兄弟と家族が小さな蔵で手間暇惜しまず醸造。津軽のリンゴを思わせる、蜜のような甘さとほのかな酸味が特徴のフレッシュな地酒を提供。
