Nishi Shuzo (西酒造)
西酒造は1845年、鹿児島県吹上町で創業。日本三大砂丘の一つである吹上浜に面し、東シナ海の風が育む自然環境を活かした酒造りを実践。「造り手は愛ある職人の集団」を掲げ、鹿児島の気候と恵みを受け止め、真心込めて焼酎を醸造。農業に似た営みとして、この地でしか生まれない味を追求。
