Nakama Awamori Distillery (仲間酒造所)
仲間酒造所は1948年、沖縄県石垣島宮良地区で創業。県内最小規模の家族経営蔵で、床麹や甕蒸留器等の伝統技法を堅持。唯一のブランド「宮の鶴」を少量生産し、地元愛される泡盛を目指す。大岳水系の水と地下水で丁寧に醸造され、芳醇な香りとまろやかな甘みが特徴。
