来福酒造は1716年、茨城県筑西市で創業。「来福」「磐梯」の銘柄で江戸幕府に酒を納める。県内最古の鉄筋コンクリート蔵で、地元契約栽培の酒米と花酵母を使用。越後杜氏の技を継承しつつ、社員による手造りで300年の伝統を革新する。歴史と現代が調和した酒造りを追求。
