Shiraishi Shuzo (白石酒造)
白石酒造は1894年、鹿児島県で創業。五代目蔵元が杜氏を兼務し、伝統の甕仕込みと地下発酵を継承。地元畑で無農薬サツマイモを栽培し、土質の違いを活かした原料探求を重視。「天狗桜」は芋の特性を最大限に引き出し、飲む人に安らぎと郷愁を感じさせる味わいを追求する本格芋焼酎の蔵元。
