It is crafted by taking a non-filtered (Muroka) Junmai Daiginjo Namazake, aged at -10°C for up to one year, and flash-pasteurizing it just before shipment to lock in its peak savory flavors. Because it remains non-filtered, it retains a stunning golden brilliance, characterized by a translucent, crystalline aroma and a crisp yet remarkably pronounced palate.
