Sasaichi (笹一酒造)

Founded in 1661 in Otsuki, Yamanashi Prefecture, Sasaichi Shuzo served as a designated brewery for the Tokugawa Shogunate during their Mt. Fuji pilgrimages. The heart of their craft lies in the legendary Fuji snowmelt water, known for its exceptional purity.
