About The Brewery
Fujishuzo Corp. (富士酒造)
Founded in 1939 in Izumo Plain, Fujishuzo crafts "Izumofuji" sake using local "Sakanishiki" rice grown eco-friendly with partner farmers. They preserve traditional methods like wooden tank (Kibune) pressing, handcrafting pure, delicate sakes worthy of Izumo’s gods. A small brewery dedicated to quality and nature.
