Made exclusively with the "Ayamurasaki" variety—renowned for its wine-like bouquet—this shochu offers distinct aromatic notes of yogurt and sun-dried raisins. Upon the first sip, a complex sweetness unfolds, gracefully transitioning into a floral and mellow finish.
