Produced by Sato Shuzo in Kirishima City, Kagoshima Prefecture, "Sato Shiro (White Koji)" is an authentic sweet potato shochu characterized by the soft mouthfeel unique to white koji and the honest, natural sweetness of the sweet potato, utilizing strictly selected "Kogane Sengan" potatoes with thorough freshness management that processes morning-harvested crops within the same day, while consistently using Kirishima spring water from brewing to dilution to achieve a smooth texture and perfect harmony between water and spirit through years of storage and maturation.
