Crafted with Okayama Omachi rice and Kyokai 1801 yeast. It opens with a gorgeous, elegant bouquet of ripe melon and red apple, leading to a plump, umami-forward body distinctive of Omachi rice. Seamlessly balanced by an acidity of 1.5 against an SMV of -3, it delivers a rich yet remarkably clean, transparent mouthfeel with a crisp finish—ideally paired with fatty tuna sashimi, salt-grilled yakitori, or roasted duck breast.
