Sanyouhai Shuzo (山陽盃酒造)
山陽盃酒造は1837年、兵庫県宍粟市で創業。『日本書紀』に記される酒造り発祥の地で、伊保川の清流と特A地区山田錦を活用。鉱山内の「明寿蔵」で低温熟成する「播州一献」は、まろやかで複雑な味わい。自然豊かな「森の王国」で、兵庫の恵みを杯に込めた酒を醸造。
