松浦酒造店は1726年、京都市で創業。比叡山の伏流水と三十六峰の自然に囲まれ、杜氏自らが小人数で醸造。米の旨味を最大限に引き出すため、甘味・酸味・苦味の複雑な調和を追求。京都最古の酒蔵として、300年にわたり少量ながらも醸造を続け、水の良さが息づく純粋な酒の楽しみを提供する。
