Imada Shuzo Honten (今田酒造本店)

今田酒造本店は広島県安芸津町で1898年創業。地元の軟水醸造法の発明者・三浦仙三郎の技術を継承し、「富久長」ブランドを醸造。幻の酒米「八反草」の復活に尽力し、繊細な吟醸香と穏やかな味わいが特徴。瀬戸内の風土と広島杜氏の技を世界に発信する蔵元です。
