Komatsu Syuzou Co., Ltd. (小松酒造)
1800年代末に創業した小松酒造は、佐賀の豊かな自然に囲まれた歴史ある蔵元です。一時は休眠状態にありましたが、1990年に現蔵元が復活させ、再び息を吹き返しました。代表銘柄「万齢」は、「一粒一滴に真心を込めて」という信念のもと、地元の米と山瀬の清冽な水を使い、伝統的な手造りにこだわって醸されます。米の旨みを最大限に引き出した芳醇な味わいと、キレの良さが特徴です。伝統を守りつつも現代の食卓に寄り添う、情熱溢れる酒造りを続けています。
