宮島酒店は信州の地酒蔵として、伊那谷の契約栽培酒米のみを使用。減農薬・低精白にこだわり、甘味・酸味・辛味・苦味・渋味の五味が調和した純米酒を醸造。「信濃錦」の名は美しい自然を象徴。酒粕の肥料還元など環境配慮にも努め、信州の風土を杯に映す地産地消を実践。
