Sugiisami Warabioka Shuzojo (杉勇蕨岡酒造)
杉勇蕨岡酒造は1923年、山形県遊佐町で創業。霊峰鳥海山の伏流水と庄内産酒米を使用し、手作業による少量醸造を堅持。山岳信仰と修験道の歴史を受け継ぎ、時代の技法を取り入れつつも基本を大切にした伝統の味を追求。地元に愛され、長く楽しめる「時代を超える酒」を醸す。
