Yamakawa Shuzo (山川酒造)
山川酒造は1946年、沖縄県本部町で創業。琉球泡盛の古酒（クース）造りに情熱を注ぎ、「泡盛の山川」として親しまれる。20年から50年もの長期熟成酒を貯蔵し、山の清水と伝統技法で深みのあるまろやかな味わいを追求。創業の志を忘れず、時代を超えて愛される泡盛を醸造する。
