わたしたちの蔵に日本酒の「材」が集まったあと、
人の手と感性が生きる。
精米、洗米、蒸米、麹づくり、酒母づくり。
醪、仕込み、ろ過、火入れ、貯蔵――。
すべての工程に蔵人の手業が生き、
杜氏の感性が唯一無二の酒を創造していく。
水、米、人の手による酒づくり。
先人たちの知恵への敬意と、
今を生きる杜氏と蔵人の感性への信頼。
