Sakagura Daishinsyu (大信州酒造)
Daishinsyu Shisuiryusen Junmai Daiginjo (720ml) [HK Inventory]
The name “Shisui Ryusen” originates from the well water used by Daishinsyu Brewery at its Matsumoto headquarters. This water belongs to the same flow as the Azusa River from Kamikochi, drawn from the underground streams of the Northern Alps. At the river’s source stands Shisui Shrine, where dragon-god legends still remain. Its pure, clean, and untainted quality is harnessed in sake brewing, and the name was chosen to embody this character.
