Hitakami Houjun Karakuchi Junmai Ginjo (720ml) [HK Inventory]

Intentionally stepping away from highly aromatic yeasts, this sake is meticulously crafted to be the ultimate companion for food, with a special emphasis on pairing flawlessly with white-fleshed seafood. While it shines beautifully when served well-chilled, if you prefer it warmed, we highly recommend enjoying it gently heated as nurukan (lukewarm, around 40°C) to best bring out its soothing and inviting qualities.

For the ultimate refinement, we use only the Nakadori (the middle press)—the highest quality portion of the pressing process known for its impeccable clarity and balance. Please enjoy its exquisite aroma of ripe fruits and its lush, velvety palate.
