Made from Ayamurasaki purple sweet potatoes, brewed with black koji and atmospheric distillation. The distinctive anthocyanin-derived aroma of purple sweet potatoes is strongly expressed, while the black koji imparts a mellow and rounded flavor. When enjoyed with hot water, the softness of maturation is further emphasized. Crafted using Tarumizu hot spring water “Kotobuki-tsuru.”
