How to preserve your Sake Treasures?

Avoid high temperatures and direct sunlight, and keep refrigerated in a fridge or wine cellar—ideally at or below 5°C.  If upright storage isn’t possible, tilt slightly with the neck elevated to ensure the liquid does not touch the cap.
