Aoshima Shuzo (青島酒造)
Established in 1872 in Fuji City, Shizuoka, Aoshima Shuzo is dedicated to local sake. Using Mt. Fuji's spring water and premium local rice like "Homare Fuji," they brew clean, crisp, and refreshing sakes such as "Fuji no Kasumi." They are a community-rooted brewery upholding traditional methods.
